Screened at the South Coast Film Festival in London, it earned him the festival's Best Emerging Filmmaker 2026 award. In his mum's words: “Thank you, Jasiri, for giving my son a place to express without limitations.” This is what creativity without limits looks like.

We hold her memory with love and gratitude, and honour the light she brought to our community. Rest well, dear teacher.
